The root of suffering

 


The root of suffering is attachment.

Everything is temporary.
Wealth, status, fame, emotions, thoughts, people and things.

Do not become attached.
Just flow with it.

Be grateful for everything.
When time is fine, say Thank you.
When time is bitter, also say Thank you
(there is something for us to learn/helping us to grow).

Take care of yourself happily.
May you be well and happy.

Spread comfort for others

Speak or act with a peaceful mind, and happiness follows like a never departing shadow (The Buddha).

Speak politely, respectfully, and speak to benefit others.
Act gently and be at peace with the people around us.
When we find peace within ourselves, we can live at peace with others.
We deliver happiness and spread comfort for others.

Speak or act with a corrupted mind(full of poison), and suffering will follows as the wagon wheels follow the hoof/legs of the ox(The Buddha).

We can always reset, restart, realign, reclaim and reignite ourselves.
Grow older grow wiser, grow to be a better person, and grow to benefit others.

It is wise to park ourselves in The Triple Gems -
Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha.

Rather than clinging to the impermanence worldly things(wealth, people, fame, materials, and all the negative thoughts and actions).

Refuge in The Triple Gems (Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha).
Refuse the three kinds of poison (Greed, Anger and Delusion).
This is the wisest thing we can do everyday (24hrs/365 days).
