There are many alternatives

 
 When you feel stress and don't know what to do next ........
Stand up, open your arm, take a deep breath, speak to yourself  ,
“It will be OK.
In front of me has so many alternatives
There will be a solution to my problem.
If I fail, I try again! again and again…”
