No
matter what obstacles you have encountered yesterday (last years or many years
ago), it is already become past tense.
It
is over and done.
Letting
go is the best way.
Don’t
hold it tight.
Don’t
talk about it (mention) anymore.
The
more you talk the harder for you to let go (forgive and forget).
Let
the bad time fade as time goes by.
Treat
every day as the first day
(a
brand new day) of your future.
Today(happy)
is the foundation of tomorrow (will be happy too).

health mum gives birth to a health child.
Today
is the mum of tomorrow.
