When people is not understanding and unkind to us, we can quickly change channel.

Look at Buddha's (or Bodhisattva) compassionate appearance.
This is the best calming method.


We can adopt Buddha's great wisdom to handle our emotions(anger, depress, dislike...)

Eyes of compassion kindness to see other's suffering(negative deeds/ actions).

Ears of compassion kindness to listen to other's suffering(yelling, scolding, nagging....).

Heart of compassion kindness to feel other's suffering(recite Amituofo to wish others well, may they be well and happy).

Our purpose of life is to enlighten ourselves spiritually but not to get angry with others.
Grateful to the most compassionate Sakyamuni Buddha and Amituofo(infact the Buddhas of the ten directions) to show us an enlighten path(for us to follow).
Otherwise we are still struggling hard in the darkness.
