Self protection

The world that we stayed (Samsara World) is like a maze.
It is full of temptations, traps and test.
We need to grasp on something firmly in order to protect ourselves from falling into these traps(greed, hatred, ignorance).

The best thing/ the strongest rope that we can grasp is Buddhist Dhamma (Buddha's Teaching).
Dhamma teaches us the truth about our life and the thruth of the universe (how to live happily and harmony with each other).
It is a problem solving education(not religion).

We take refuge in the Triple gem:
Buddha(The enlightened One), Dhamma(the teaching) and Sangha(the teacher).

Be with Amituofo Always

Reciting A MI TUO FO is the best way to end the suffering (sickness, relationship problem,
bad luck, negative karma etc.).

When you are with AMITUOFO, then you cannot be with depress/anger/greed/ignorant etc.
When you have or feeling depress/angry/greedy/ lousy and moody feeling that means you are not with AMITUOFO anymore.
That is why you are suffering.
The best remedy is quickly
U-Turn!
Come back to AMITUOFO.
All your agonies will vanish at once.

Amituofo is the light, is the relaxing aroma therapy.
You recite AMITUOFO, all your burdens will be lighten.

Surrender our soul to AMITUOFO.
Surrender our problems to AMITUOFO to help us to make the best arrangement.

May you be well and happy Always.
Amituofo Loves all of us.

Triple Gem (Three Jewels)

Triple Gem (Three Jewels)
Triple Gem in various Chinese dialects:
Mandarin: san pao
Cantonese:sam pou
Hokkien: samp po

Triple Gem are:
Buddha (the enlightened one),
Dhamma ( Buddha's teaching),
Sangha ( The teacher/ monk).

Buddhists take refuge in Triple Gem
(guiyi San pao皈依三宝)。
We need a monk to certified our taking refuge in Triple Gem (to become a Buddhist).

This process is just like a child need to register himself in order to become a student in a school.

Taking refuge is like register ourselves to become a student of Buddha.

This means we have to listen to Dhamma talks (like attending classes), learn to let go of our greed, hatred ang ignorance to become a better person.

Nowadays it is very convenient to listen to Dhamma talks ( without need to go out from our house) with the help of you-tube (internet).
We can listen to Dhamma talks according to our convenient (place and time).

So no time or not convenient (can not go out) is not the excuse for us not to learn Dhamma anymore.

Listen to Dhamma talks (especially Sutra Teaching ), understand a phrase, practice that phrase, the longer we listen/we learn, the deeper wisdom we recover then we will understand more.

I listen repeatedly Dhamma talks by Master Chin Kung (VCD/DVD)without a day off since year 2003.
I have gain great benefits by doing so.
I do hope you will find joy and peace in Buddhist Dhamma.

Our daily practice

Don't say no time.
Amituofo recital is the most simple and practical way to follow.
We may recite Amituofo(in our heart) whenever and where ever we are.

Our muslim friends perform their prayers 5 times a day.
Master Chin Kung thaugt us an execellent
method to perform Amituofo Recital (9 times a day).

That is upon waking up in the morning (after cleaning up yourself), put you palms together and recite 10 times (1st time),
 before breakfast (2rd time),
reaching office before start work (3rd),
lunch break (4th),
 before eating lunch(5th),
after lunch before start work (6th),
after work before leaving office (7th),
before dinner (8th) and lastly
before going to bed (9th).

In this way we manage to be with Amituofo (wellness) wholeday long. Isn't this excellent?

Recite Amituofo for wellness (wealth, health and wisdom). This method doesn't take much of our time. Don't say no time for our own wellness.

Amituofo Recital Best Example

Master Han Xian

Master Hai Xian was the best nian fo (Amituofo recital)example.
Master Hai Xian (passed away in 2013, 112 years old) was an illiterate as he never goes to school. He had became monk when he was 20years old. Since then he has recited Amituofo without a day stopped (has recited for 92 years)

He recited Amituofo while working in the farm.
He was busy with his farm works and in the same time he recited Amituofo(2 in 1).
We too can do so in our daily practice.
We may recite Amituofo while doing our routine works (sweeping, cooking, ironing, walking etc).
We will not feel tired and bored.

For 92 years Master Hai Xian's only practice was Amituofo recital, nothing more than that.
Master has succeeded in his practice.
He knew the day he would be going home ( migrate to Blissful Pure Land).
He has no pain and sickness( no suffering).
He left this place (Samsara World)peacefully and happily.
It is our hope that we too can leave without fear and suffering.
Our aim can be full fill if we stick to Amituofo recital faithfully (like Master Hai Xian).

It doesn't matter how much we get

Today one of my old classmate has sent me a photo of him when he was getting a short term monk practice in a Buddhist Temple.
I congratulated him as this is a golden chance in life and is a wise choice too.
He told me that he 1did not learn much  in that short period.

I replied him and said, the idea of away from home to become a monk (or any practice) is not matter how much we can gain but is how much we can let go.
We are all too burden with unwanted/unnecessary worries, agony,
delusion ....... All of us are too heavy to relax and hard to have a moment of peace of mind(too much burden).

We need to let go as much as possible and as soon as possible in order to become light (free from suffering).
Buddha taught us:
Even Dhamma we need to let go (can not cling to Dhamma) what some more these impermanent worldly things?
Only when we let go we create space for better things to enter our life.

No doubt without these materials things we can't live a proper life. So apart from work hard to earn wealth to exchange for what we need, we need to work hard to let go of things that will not help us in approaching Nirvana(eternal happiness).

It doesn't matter how much we get but how much we can let go matter. The more we let go the lighter we are.
We only lose what we cling to.
