Our daily practice



Don't say no time.
Amituofo recital is the most simple and practical way to follow.
We may recite Amituofo(in our heart) whenever and where ever we are.

Our muslim friends perform their prayers 5 times a day.
Master Chin Kung thaugt us an execellent
method to perform Amituofo Recital (9 times a day).

That is upon waking up in the morning (after cleaning up yourself), put you palms together and recite 10 times (1st time),
 before breakfast (2rd time), 
reaching office before start work (3rd), 
lunch break (4th),
 before eating lunch(5th), 
after lunch before start work (6th),
 after work before leaving office (7th), 
before dinner (8th) and lastly 
before going to bed (9th).

In this way we manage to be with Amituofo (wellness) wholeday long. Isn't this excellent?

Recite Amituofo for wellness (wealth,health and wisdom). This method doesn't take much of our time. Don't say no time for our own wellness.
