Live to benefit others

Happiness is not come from outside. Otherwise why are there so many well to do people are living in the unhappy state.
They have money, they have status, they are healthy, they have a good family but they are still not happy.
We are talking about them but actually we are also one of them

who is living unhappily day in and day out.
What is the main cause of this UNHAPPINESS?

It is because we forget to be thankful / grateful for what we have and always think of what we not yet get (dissatisfaction).

I would like to share with you this old story.

There was a beggar who always complained that he has no shirt to wear.

One day he got a piece of new shirt, he was very happy, but soon he again complained that he has no shoes. Because of this he again became very unhappy .

One morning he walked down the street, he saw a man who even has no pants because he has no leg.
The beggar then only realized and learned to be thankful for he already has.

A MAN WHO COMPLAINED THAT HE HAS NO SHOE TO WEAR UNTIL HE SAW ANOTHER MAN WHO HAS NO LEG.

This is a very simple story but it can be a good inspiration (teaching) to all of us.
Always remember this story to remind ourselves to
LIVE A THANKFUL DAY AND
 LIVE TO BENEFIT OTHERS.

If we can tune ourselves to this mode then everyday will be a happy day. We can win 365 happy days a year.

Happiness is not come from what we have, but it comes from what we give.

It is better to become a person who has his both palms facing down than a person that his palms facing up.
What it means?

When we are generously helping others ( do donations, give a helping hand, showing your care and love to console a person ) , when we are in the mode of giving (offering helps) , isn’t it our palms are facing down?

A beggar will always face the palms up to beg from others.
So, who we want to be?
The one who is giving or the one who is receiving (demanding)?

Giving means you are contented
Demanding means you are always not enough.
