Sunrise and Sunset

Sunrise represents a beginning of a new day.
We shall promise ourselves not to waste this precious day to do good and to practice Dhamma(for Pure Land practitioners shall recite Amituofo) or your choice of practice accordingly.

Sunset represents time to go home.
It is the time for us to rest.
The deeper meaning is time for us to have quiet time to reflect on our practice( on anything need to be improve and need to repent).

When I was a kid my parents told me that day time is the time for us to be active(use time to the fullest to benefit ourselves and to benefit others)
Night time is the time to return home after a day of hardwork.

It is wise to take a good rest and prepare for a new coming tomorrow.
So it is wise for us not to disturb and take up others precious time(family time, quiet time, repent time).
It is wise to avoid visiting people at night as possible.

Rest well for an energetic brand new tomorrow.

Good night😴💤💤💤
