Letting go of worldly things

Master Quang Qin
( 1892- 1986) China

Master Quang Qin had said:
“ Even you cling to a stalk of
  grass, you will not Wang
  Sheng successfully.”

A stalk of grass is something worthless, what about the wealth that we possessed ?
The people that we love?
The grudge that we hold on?
If we cannot let go of all of these, Wang Sheng is only a name that we ever heard.
Reciting Amituofo is only a general practice.
You cannot Wang Sheng this time but to wait for another life.

Buddha has told us, to be reborn as a human is not easy.
Buddha has shown to Venerable Ananda that the chances to be born as a human is just as much as  the soil in His figure, but to lost the

chance to be a human is as much as the soil on the earth.

We should be glad that we have
born to be a human in this life.
We should grasp the opportunity to practice Dhamma (do only good deeds) and Nian Fo.
Our only wish (after practice so hard) is to go home to the Blissful Pure Land.

Master Che Wu had said,
If you really wish to settle the
living and death issue, you must
have strong faith and strong wish,
recite Amituofo is the only thing
   you should do.”

Master Che Wu
China
(1741 -1810)

After reading this, I said,
If we really want to settle the living & death issue, what for to get angry ? What else to fuss about? What else can bothered

us so much?
Sometimes we suffer losses is doesn’t matter. We treat it as repaying a debt ( We have been owing  someone for something in the past which we don’t know).
After all after this life, we are not coming back here again.
We are going home to the Blissful Pure Land.

We have more important task to do (Reciting Amituofo).
We have more important matter to care about (Living and Death issue).

Master Chin Kung said,
 Anything(worldly things) that you
want you can have it. I just want
to recite Amituofo and going home to Ji Le Shi Jie.”

Master Chin Kung has let go every worldly things. That is why he live in a grateful and happy state.

Master Chin Kung( 88 years old 2014).
He is a happy and healthy Dhamma master.
He has been delivered Dhamma teaching for about 60 years. Master’s daily practice is deliver Dhamma talk and reciting Amituofo.
