Reconfirm our destination

Life is uncertain but death is certain.

We have no choice when we came BUT we can decide and prepare where we want to go.

The reason Sakyamuni Buddha was here in 2,558 years ago is to tell us ways (84,000 ways) we can choose to decide our destiny.

Death is certain, anyhow our soul have to leave our physical body and move to a new physical body.

If we are not reciting Amituofo (Wish to go to Ji Le Shi Jie/ Blissful Pure Land ) and we have no idea of our next destination, there are six realms waiting for us to go.

Six realm are six traps (waiting for us to jump into).

You remember the story of

The Monk and The Crow (in my 6^th Dhamma report:

 Faith will make things possible,  

 page 85)

We can see the monk and the  crow was a father and son in 91 Kalpas ago. But after 91 Kalpas of reincarnation, his son has turned to a crow (animal realm) now.

We had been to every realm before. But we have forgotten the past experiences in the process of countless time of reincarnation.

We have no supernatural power to see our past and our future.

So we don’t know.

Arahant ( the upper four realms in the Samsara World) has supernatural power.

He can see his through 500 years of his past and future.

When he saw his past life had been reincarnated to the hell,

The thought of the bitterness and suffering in the hell made him shivered. He was sweating blood (the highest degree of scared).

Any of the realm is not our ultimate destination.

Our Destination is in Blissful Pure Land. We choose to go home to the Blissful Pure Land.
